Dr. Millicent Ohanagorom (PhD) is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of IFEM Education and Travels. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), she is a distinguished academic and marketing expert who currently serves as a Lecturer in Marketing at Teesside University International Business School.

She holds a PhD in Sustainable Marketing from the University of Nigeria, where she achieved the distinction of being the overall best graduating student with First-Class honours. With over seven years of teaching experience, Dr. Millicent has supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and is an active researcher in fields such as consumer behavior and sustainable tourism.

Driven by a commitment to democratizing access to world-class education, she established IFEM in 2019. Under her leadership, the agency has successfully placed over 1,800 students in prestigious institutions across the UK.
